"This Is The Uniform seemed to draw inspiration from its own name. For the British label’s first presentation at MADE Fashion Week, the clothes were as interconnected as their woven fabrics. Each individual separate seemed like it could be mixed with any other, creating a true actual uniform. The pleated skirts also echoed our own school ensembles. Shoutout to Francis Parker. Besides the pleated skirts, the must-have items were the open-knit vests, which looked like basketball nets for ravers. We loved them layered over wide-legged, completely sheer pants. A silver lamé coat also really spoke to us–it was perfect for sneaking liquor into an alien orgy. This Is The Uniform: we’d love to wear you every day."
